Whether you are trying something new or remembering old hand-building skills, join us at our studio to experience the art of pinch and slab techniques. The first week we will explore pinch pots which are unique to each person and then use the pinch method to form small vases. The second week we will roll out slabs and make slab-built luminaries to help add light to our winter months. The third week will make a fun project using both the slab and pinch techniques where you explore possibilities with the things you’ve learned. And in the final week we will learn about glazing methods on our bisque fired pieces that will be fired and enjoyed for years to come!
